User Guide

Everything Creatorfield AI does supported platforms, dashboard tour, pricing, and FAQ.

The AI operating system for creators. One workspace to create, edit, and publish content across every major platform.

This guide walks you through what Creatorfield does, how to set it up, and how to use each part of the app.

What Creatorfield is

Creatorfield AI replaces the typical creator stack scheduler, video editor, analytics dashboard, AI tools with a single workspace that runs on a shared content layer.

The core loop:

  1. Analyze figure out what your audience and niche actually want.
  2. Create generate scripts, images, voiceovers, or full videos from prompts.
  3. Edit turn long videos into captioned vertical clips automatically.
  4. Publish push the result to up to 10 platforms in one click, with each post auto-adapted to fit the platform.

Everything runs from one project so your assets, transcripts, captions, and analytics stay linked end-to-end.

Who it's for

  • Solo creators consolidating 4–5 monthly subscriptions into one.
  • Podcasters and long-form YouTubers who need a steady stream of vertical clips.
  • Agencies managing many client accounts under one dashboard with approval workflows.
  • Founders and operators running a brand presence without a full content team.

Getting started

  1. Sign up. Visit the landing page and click Try for free. No credit card is required for the Free plan.
  2. Verify your email and finish the short onboarding (niche, goals, primary platforms).
  3. Connect at least one social account see Accounts.
  4. Open the dashboard at /dashboard and pick a starting point:
    • Have a long video? → Edit (Montage)
    • Starting from an idea? → Create
    • Just want to schedule? → Publish or Calendar

Your starting balance is 60 AI credits on the Free plan, refreshing monthly.

The dashboard

Create

/dashboard/create

AI generation for ideas, scripts, images, and full videos.

  • Idea generator give Creatorfield your niche, get back specific video/post titles with hooks, target platform, and a "why now" rationale.
  • Script builder produces a structured script: hook, intro, numbered sections, on-camera tips, CTA, and end-screen suggestion.
  • AI image text-to-image, 5 credits per image. Useful for thumbnails, cover frames, and post imagery.
  • AI video text-to-video at 5s (15 credits) or 10s (25 credits) depending on plan.

Credits are deducted up front and refunded automatically if generation fails.

Edit (Montage)

/dashboard/edit

The clip factory. Drop in a long video (YouTube link or upload) and Creatorfield does the rest:

  1. Probe + transcribe the file is analyzed and the full transcript extracted.
  2. Analyze every line is scored; the model picks the strongest, self-contained moments.
  3. Plan you see the proposed cut list (titles, timestamps, reason chosen).
  4. Smart-cut + reframe selected segments are cut to 9:16 (or 16:9), the speaker is tracked and kept in frame.
  5. Animated captions burned in using your chosen template (see caption templates below).
  6. Merge / render exported at your plan's max quality (720p Free → 4K Pro).

Long videos are processed asynchronously: you'll see job status update in place; you can leave the page and come back.

Caption templates ship in several styles (TikTok-style word pops, karaoke highlights, minimal subtitles, etc.). The legacy "clean" style is preserved for byte-compatibility; newer templates are recommended.

Aspect ratios: 9:16 (Shorts/Reels/TikTok), 1:1 (feed), 16:9 (landscape).

Analyze

/dashboard/analyze

Competitor and channel intelligence figure out why something is working before you copy it.

  • Channel analysis paste a YouTube/TikTok channel URL; Creatorfield surfaces niche, posting cadence, top-performing formats, hook patterns, and breakout videos.
  • Video deep-dive drop any video URL; get the hook breakdown, retention guesses, and a list of what to steal and what to skip.
  • Trend detection what's bubbling in your niche right now, ranked.

Each AI analysis costs 10 credits; a basic channel lookup is 3.

Publish

/dashboard/publish

One-click multi-platform publishing.

  1. Pick the asset (image, clip, or video already in your library).
  2. Choose target platforms Creatorfield auto-rewrites the caption per platform (X limits, TikTok-style hashtags, LinkedIn long-form, etc.) using the adapt-content step.
  3. Choose Publish now, Schedule, or Save as draft.
  4. Watch live status per platform; failures are retried and surfaced individually.

If a connected account hits a platform-side error (token expired, missing scope), you'll see the specific reason and a one-click reconnect.

Calendar

/dashboard/calendar

A drag-and-drop calendar of everything you have scheduled or already published, across every connected account.

  • Color-coded per platform.
  • Drag to reschedule.
  • Click any slot to compose a new post pre-targeted to that day.
  • Approval workflow (Agency plan): items can be marked Pending approval; client/manager approves before they go live.

Pipeline

/dashboard/pipeline

The end-to-end view of a single piece of content moving through Analyze → Create → Edit → Publish. Use this when you want to start from a YouTube link and end with cross-posted Shorts/Reels/TikToks without manually moving assets between sections.

Accounts

/dashboard/accounts

Connect, reconnect, and manage every social profile.

FAQ

When is Creatorfield launching? Public launch is June 2026. Early access is opening now and waitlist users get a launch discount.

How is this different from Buffer or Hootsuite? Those are schedulers. Creatorfield is a full creator OS it also handles AI video editing, competitor intelligence, and cross-platform analytics on one shared data layer. You don't need a separate editor + scheduler + analytics tool.

Does the AI video editing work with any video? Yes podcast, interview, webinar, vlog, long-form YouTube. As long as there's speech, Creatorfield can transcribe, find the strongest moments, reframe to vertical, and burn in captions.

Can I use Creatorfield with my team or agency? Yes. The Agency plan supports up to 10 members, multi-account management, role-based access, and approval workflows.

Is there a free plan? Yes 2 connected accounts, 10 monthly credits, 720p export with watermark, content calendar. No credit card needed.

What happens if a publish fails? Each platform is published independently. A failure on one (expired token, missing scope, platform rate-limit) is surfaced with the specific reason and a one-click retry. Other platforms still go through.

Where is the public API? There is currently no public API. The internal route handlers under app/api/ power the dashboard only. A public API is on the roadmap.
